Red wine packaging color box technology
1. Folding box: Folding box production process refers to the method of making packaging boxes, which can generally be divided into two types: paper box printing and paper box post-processing. For paper box printing, it can also be divided into relief printing and gravure printing.
2. Film lamination can be divided into several types, such as hot melt, offset printing, and screen printing. Hot melt is generally hot stamping, offset printing is generally film lamination, and screen printing is printed on screen.
3. There are mainly two types of hot stamping processes: concave convex method and hot stamping method. The letterpress hot stamping process refers to the direct hot stamping of text or patterns on the basis of letterpress, which is carried out on a color letterpress printing machine. Offset printing is the process of pasting pre printed indentation paper onto a relief plate for printing. It is commonly used on the inside and back of cardboard, but is rarely used due to its high cost.
4. There are many types of hot stamping processes, and the methods of hot stamping are also different. Here, we take the frequently used hot stamping as an example. Hot stamping is the process of directly stamping text or patterns onto a substrate, giving it a good decorative effect.
5. Embossing: This process refers to the use of an embossing drum (imprinting plate) to create marks of concave convex shape on printed materials. It is a type of relief printing process that is rare due to its complexity.
6. Offset printing: This process refers to the process of first pressing printing pressure onto the substrate, then heating paper or other materials to dissolve them, and pressing out images and texts through pressure. This printing method is also relatively rare, so it does not belong to the hot stamping process mentioned above.
7. Printing: This process refers to a method of printing text, patterns, and other content onto a substrate.
