Underwear color box printing is a part of making underwear packaging boxes. Underwear box printing is the process of printing one's own company logo, pattern, text, etc. on a product. Underwear color box printing is mostly pre printing, and currently there are mainly flexographic pre printing and gravure pre printing, with gravure pre printing being the main method. The process involves first using a gravure or flexographic printing screen, rewinding, then installing wooden tile lines to form corrugated cardboard, and finally die-cutting to obtain color boxes. When installing pre printed face paper, the issue of pattern alignment should be considered. Usually, a photoelectric tracking control system is installed on the cross cutting knife to achieve precise cutting at the pattern.

Compared to printed cardboard, pre printing can provide more refined products, with more stable and reliable printing quality, and better quality of formed color boxes. From the perspective of production efficiency, the printing method of roll paper can achieve uninterrupted paper changing operations, especially suitable for color box products with large quantities and high printing quality requirements.
